The first 62 of those victories came during U-Mary's NAIA years. Schulz has a .727 winning percentage at U-Mary.

20 YEARS AGO (1999): Chris Adams booted a low shot into an unoccupied net, allowing Bismarck to escape with a 2-1 boys soccer victory over Century at the Community Bowl. Tom Kopp scored for Century less than two minutes later.

50 YEARS AGO (1969): Chris Boehm of Mandan won the championship and tied for medalist in the first state employees golf tournament at Tom O'Leary Golf Course. In the championship flight, Boehm defeated Ralph Thomas of Mandan, 2 and 1, for the match play title. Boehm and Jack Johnson of Mandan matched one-over-par 36s to share medalist honors.
