DEMONS' KORSMO NO. 2 IN XC POLL

Sean Korsmo of Bismarck High is ranked No. 2 in the latest cross country poll.

Century’s Austin Wald also earned a top 5 ranking at No. 4. The Patriots are ranked No. 2 team-wise behind only Williston. BHS is ranked fifth.

Brady Yoder of Dickinson is ranked No. 1.

Erin Palmer of Century is ranked fifth in the girls’ poll. Mandan’s Kelby Rinas is No. 6. Emily Goldade of Century is No. 8. The Patriots are No. 4 as a team. Minot is No. 1.

In the Class B boys poll, New Town is ranked No. 1 and has the top individual in Robert White. Addison Red Fox is No. 4.

Shiloh’s Patrick Wrigley is ranked fifth. Brian Miller of No. 2-ranked Bowman County is No. 7. Hazen-Beulah’s Ian Busche is 10th.

Hannah Westin is ranked No. 7 in the Class B girls poll. Bowman County, ranked No. 3, is topped by Jaci Fischer, who is ranked 10th.

THOMPSON ADDS ROLE AT BSC

Bismarck State College baseball coach Bruce Thompson has added the title of BSC Athletic Coordinator.

In addition to his coaching duties, Thompson will help with all aspects of running the athletic department at BSC.
