Bismarck Demons

FARGO - The Bismarck High football team made it look easy once again.

The Demons dominated their second opponent of the season, rolling over Fargo Davies 48-7 on Friday in an interregion battle.

Bismarck handled West Fargo 54-13 in the first week of the season.

The Demons scored 35 points in the first half against the Eagles. Bismarck, tied for the top spot in the Class AAA poll, has now scored 76 points in the first halves of two wins.

Demons coach Mark Gibson found something to work on. "We were sloppy in a lot of areas," Gibson said. "We have a long way to go."

But the coach was happy to get a win away from home. "We are a young team and we will definetly take a win on the road," Gibson said. "It is good to learn to win on the road"

Gibson had some good things to say about Bismarck's offense.

"Devin Schirado played outstanding for us," Gibson said about his senior wide receiver. "Our passing game was excellent."
