Current Positions Available:

Business Banking Officer. Located in our Mandan branch, responsibilities include developing and managing commercial and agriculture banking relationships; generating client prospects through active sales call efforts and community involvement. A bachelor’s degree and two to five years of ag/commercial lending experience is required. Familiarity with SBA and FSA loan programs and Microsoft Excel experience is a plus. This position offers a competitive salary and aggressive incentive plan.

Business Banking Representative. Also located in our Mandan branch, this position provides a variety of loan support including recording and maintaining loans and related documents in accordance with established policies, procedures and lending requirements, maintain current loan files, process loan advances, payments, credit bureau reports, and technical exceptions, prepare assigned credit analysis documentation, letters, documents, reports and comment sheets; greet, direct and respond to customer inquiries, and promote all types of bank products and services to customers. An associate’s degree with one to two years of loan support experience is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel software is required.

Mortgage Operations Specialist. Two positions are available; responsibilities focus on mortgage closing or mortgage processing.

The processing role can be located in our Mandan, Fargo, ND or Middleton, WI branches. Responsibilities include bank-wide processing of mortgage loans; process verifications, review credit reports, and appraisals; prepare loan files for underwriting, analyze credit documentation, and inform lenders of underwriting decisions and conditions. Contact investors regarding underwriting, funding, and recorded documents.

The mortgage closing role will be located in our Mandan branch. Responsibilities include preparing closing instructions and loan closing documents, complete loan entries, and satisfy regulatory disclosure, recordkeeping and reporting requirements. Work with third party title companies to prepare and approve HUD settlement statements and electronically deliver documents for closing. Contact investors regarding underwriting, funding, and recorded documents.

Both positions require one to five years of experience in mortgage loan processing and closing.  Two years of college or university instruction, preferably in business administration, accounting, finance or economics is preferred.

Operations Specialist. Located in our Mandan branch, this position is responsible for retail and business banking support including phone calls and emails on products and services, project tasks, mailings, preparing presentations, building and providing reports, assisting with audit information preparation, utilizing highly developed clerical and administrative skills to provide support for deposit products, and perform quality control functions. Two to three years of banking and/or banking operations experience is preferred. Administrative work experience which includes one to two years of project coordination activities is desired.
