About Us:

Sakakawea Medical Center (SMC) is licensed as a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. Our Emergency Department is designated as a Level V Trauma Center. We have a great team that supports our ED including physicians, mid-level practitioners, nursing staff, lab, radiology, respiratory therapy and rehab services.
