Moore Engineering is an employee-owned civil engineering and land surveying company, serving as the city engineer for over 70 communities, including West Fargo.

We create people-focused, sustainable solutions for public and private clients, making a difference in communities through innovative project planning, technical excellence and remarkable ingenuity.

We have locations in West Fargo and Minot, ND as well as Fergus Falls, MN.

Health Insurance Options:

• Traditional Health Plan

• High Deductible Health Plan- Includes a $1,200 contribution to a Health Savings Account made by MEI.

(Single premium is paid by MEI for both options.  Full-Time permanent    employees who work a minimum of 32 hours per week are eligible for health insurance.)

Dental & Vision Insurance- Single premium is paid by MEI.

Potential for Quarterly Incentive Compensation for qualified salaried and hourly employees

Life Insurance- Insured for 2x employee’s annual salary, up to $100k

401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan- Employees can make contributions (deferrals) into their 401(k) immediately upon hire. After 1,000 hours and 1 year of service MEI matches 0.25% of the first 4% contributed and makes an annual discretionary contribution into employee’s profit sharing plan.

ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - MEI makes contributions after 1,000 hours and 1 year of service.

Paid Time Off- Able to accrue 3 weeks of PTO during your 1st year of service.
