Ice anglers reminded to remove garbage

The North Dakota Game and Fish Department is reminding winter anglers to clean the ice of trash, bait and fish debris before leaving.

It's illegal under state fishing regulations to leave fish behind on the ice. It's legal to fillet fish on the ice, but entrails and other parts must be removed and properly disposed of.
