Donald Trump, our privately brooding and publicly raging con artist president, committed a crime when he tweeted the following to his brainwashed supporters: “This is a terrible situation and Attorney General Jeff Sessions should stop this Rigged Witch Hunt right now, before it continues to stain our country any further. Bob Mueller is totally conflicted, and his 17 Angry Democrats that are doing his dirty work are a disgrace to USA!” The tweet occurred during the ongoing grand jury investigation of Paul Manafort for bank fraud; Manafort was Trump’s campaign chairman.
The grand jury wasn’t sequestered; thus the jury’s decision could be influenced by Trump’s tweet. It was clear obstruction of justice and jury tampering; real presidents never talk about trials in progress.
Trump has eased sanctions on Rusal, Russia’s largest aluminum company. Trump is willing to inflict pain on American farmers and consumers with his trade wars; Russian aluminum workers are apparently worthy of special protection. Was this Trump approved package part of that friendly comrade Putin-Trump secret meeting in Helsinki?
In Fargo’s INFORUM, Mike McFeely reported Rep. Kevin Cramer, viewed North Dakota’s farmers' apprehension over Trump’s trade war as “hysteria” and scolded them for not having “a very high pain threshold.”
Vladimir Putin’s Russian economy is stagnant. Gross domestic product is the yearly monetary value of all the finished goods and services produced. In 2017, California’s GDP, at $2.448 trillion, was 80 percent larger then Russia’s GDP, at $1.3 trillion.
America’s GDP in 2018 was $20.413 trillion.
Democracy, capitalism and free enterprise (with regulations); works well, contrary to what our tariff loving; president covets.
Trump is doing nothing to prevent Russia from interfering in our important November midterm election. Putin’s goal is to weaken, divide and destabilize America and with Trump’s help, it’s working.
