I just read where our own Rep. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., has been personally urged by President Donald Trump, by personal phone call, “to jump in the race against North Dakota Sen. Heidi Heitkamp.” It comes as no surprise since West Virginia, North Dakota and South Dakota are some of the last bastions of support for Trump at 60 percent, 59 percent and 58 percent respectively.
That is why both Trump and Vice President Mike Pence visited North Dakota. It is also a well-known fact that Cramer would do anything for Trump.
Is Cramer willing to follow the urgings of a president known to be: a bully; a person causing great tension and fear to Americans; and, a leader trying to divide America? (The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump, 27 Psychiatrists and Mental Health Experts Assess a President, Bandy Lee, M.D., M.Div., 2017)
I am asking Cramer the same question that Boston lawyer Joseph Welch asked Wisconsin Republican Sen. Joseph R. McCarthy on June 9, 1954, at a meeting of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations: “Have you no sense of decency?” (www.senate.gov)
