FARGO — Donald Trump Jr. will be the special guest of the North Dakota Petroleum Council at its annual meeting Sept. 24 - 26 in Fargo.
Trump Jr. is expected to address the council about "unleashing America's economy" at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, at the Delta by Marriott, 1635 42nd St. S.
The events will get underway Monday, Sept. 24, with the Bakken 2.0 Education Session from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Sanctuary Events Center, 670 4th Ave. N. The public is invited to attend these sessions, which will provide an overview of the oil and gas industry in North Dakota.
The meetings will resume Tuesday, Sept. 25, at the Delta by Marriott. In addition to Trump Jr., attendees will also hear from Sen. Heidi Heitkamp, Rep. Kevin Cramer, Gov. Doug Burgum and several petroleum executives.
The events will conclude Wednesday, Sept. 26, with presentations from Kathy Neset, vice chairwoman of the North Dakota Petroleum Council; Sen. John Hoeven; Lynn Helms, director of the North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources; Ron Ness, president of the North Dakota Petroleum Council; and many others.
