The committee leading the search for the next University of North Dakota president has scheduled a statewide listening session via interactive video at sites in a dozen cities Thursday.
In Bismarck, members of the public who want to take part can go to Room 236 in Bismarck State College's Technical Center. The session is from 7-8 p.m. Central time.

The committee members are gathering insights on what types of characteristics and strengths the next UND president should have.
The new president will succeed Mark Kennedy, who left the Grand Forks school in June to become president of the University of Colorado system.
