With 110 beers and Chicago-style pizza, Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom is coming to Bismarck.
Construction will begin at 3940 Trenton Drive in the next two months with an expected completion date of late 2019 to early 2020.
The construction will be for an over 11,000-square-foot shopping center, with the south side being mainly Old Chicago. There is still 6,000 square feet available for leasing.
Randy Rhone is the franchise owner of the upcoming Old Chicago in Bismarck. Rhone explained how the northeast side of Bismarck lacks food options, so he believes it will be a good addition to the area.
This location will host around 70 employees in Old Chicago alone. Rhone will be looking for bar, kitchen and restaurant managers and full- and part-time employees in the upcoming months.
