A Wilton man is accused of secretly recording a juvenile girl for several months.

Myles Noon, 49, has been charged with felony counts of surreptitious intrusion and possession of certain material prohibited.

According to a police affidavit, last year, a 13-year-old girl ran away from her home in Wilton and was located in eastern Montana with a man older than 18.

A detective with the McLean County Sheriff's Department then initiated an investigation into the girl's communication with the man and seized her phone and laptop. Upon searching her laptop, it was discovered her laptop had been tapped and she had been photographed nude via a webcam software called Yawcam.

Noon was arrested after his computers were found to contain nude photos of the girl, according to the affidavit. Thousands of photos of the girl were recovered from his computers and other electronic devices that law enforcement allege were taken covertly.

Noon's preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 3.
