A Colorado man has pleaded guilty and been sentenced in connection to a Dec. 13 traffic stop that found 30 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle on Interstate 94 in Morton County.
Jacob Todd, 29, pleaded guilty last month to felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
South Central District Judge James Hill sentenced him to three years supervised probation with no criminal violations, as well as three years in state prison with two years, 10 months and 15 days suspended and credit for 41 days.
Todd was also ordered to pay $1,025 in fees.
Hill also imposed fingerprinting, an evaluation and treatment.
