Try 3 months for $3

Bismarck police are looking for a man suspected of slashing tires on a dozen vehicles Friday night in an area between 16th and 19th streets and between Porter and Harmon avenues.

Officer Lynn Wanner said a white male, thin, 5 feet 10 inches tall, white hair and about 50 years old was captured on video surveillance at the home of one of the victims. The man was walking a dog, and human and dog footprints were found near the tires, Wanner said. The dog is described as being about 50 pounds, long hair, and possibly a German shepherd cross.

The incidents occurred from 8 to 10:30 p.m. Friday. Some of the Friday night incidents were reported Saturday morning, and Wanner said more reports may be received.

Wanner said anyone with information about the suspect can contact BPD at 701-223-1212. Anonymous tips can be made through the department’s app, by visiting www.tip411.com, or by texting BISPD and their tip to 847411.
