A Bismarck man accused of stalking an underage girl and sending child pornography pleaded not guilty in federal court Friday.

Curtis James McGarvey, 50, is charged in U.S. District Court in Bismarck with production or attempted production of images depicting the sexual exploitation of minors and possession of images depicting the sexual exploitation of minors.

According to court documents, McGarvey's email accounts and social media accounts were linked to images of an underage girl's face photoshopped onto a nude or partially nude female. Police also found numerous covert cameras in McGarvey's home and videos on his phone of the girl changing clothes or taking a shower.

McGarvey waived his right to an arraignment before his lawyer entered his plea for him on Friday.
