United Tribes Technical College's 23rd annual Tribal Leaders Summit will take place next week at the Bismarck Event Center.

Leaders from North Dakota's five tribes will convene to discuss topics related to tribal leadership, governance and sovereignty. This year's theme is "Building on a Legacy of Success," with a focus on using education as a tool to solve tribal issues.
