Bismarck police are investigating a number of slashed vehicle tires in a northeast Bismarck neighborhood.

The department has taken reports of 14 tires damaged on 12 vehicles between the hours of 10 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. The vehicles were located between 22nd Street and 23rd Street, and between Hoover Avenue and Grant Drive, officer Lynn Wanner said.

Anyone with home surveillance video that might provide information is asked to share it with police. Anonymous tips can be made through the department’s tip411 app, by visiting www.tip411.com, or by texting BISPD and their tip to 847411.

Wanner said it is not known if the incidents are connected in any way to a rash of tire vandalism that occurred in February between 16th and 19th streets and between Porter and Harmon avenues.
