Bismarck Police executed a search warrant Friday morning at a nightlife and restaurant complex in Bismarck.

Bismarck Police Sgt. Mike Bolme said a search was conducted at 2 a.m. Friday at The District building, 307 N. Third St., which includes Lucky Duck's Deli and Catering, The Pond, The Vault and J-60 Fine Dining.

Police were searching for controlled substances, drug paraphernalia and indicia of drug trafficking, according to Bolme.

Police initially went into the building at about 1 a.m., got patrons out and detained the employees, according to Bolme, adding the search took a few hours.

No arrests were made. No information can be released on whether drugs were found in the building because the case is under active investigation, according to Bolme.

Lucky Duck's and The Pond were open for business at their normal operating hours on Friday. Tyson Rebollosa, a manager at Lucky Duck's, declined to comment on the search.

"At this moment, we're not making any sort of comments," he said.
