A 52-year-old Bismarck man who died in subzero temperatures Saturday was not homeless.

The man was found frozen on the ground Saturday morning by the Lewis and Clark Riverboat. In a Facebook post, Bismarck Police Chief Dan Donlin said the man was not homeless.

Officials say the death is not being treated as suspicious.

The man's name is being withheld upon notification of next of kin.
