The trial of a Bismarck man accused of stalking an underage child and sending pornographic images has been postponed until December.

Curtis James McGarvey, 50, in August pleaded not guilty in federal court to charges of producing and possessing images depicting the sexual exploitation of minors. He was to stand trial this fall, but it's now scheduled for Dec. 10 in U.S. District Court in Bismarck.

McGarvey's email accounts and social media accounts were linked to images of an underage girl's face photoshopped onto a nude or partially nude female, court documents say. Police also allege that McGarvey used covert cameras to take videos of the girl changing clothes and taking a shower.
