Several of Bismarck’s outdoor ice rinks and warming houses are now open.

One hockey rink and one pleasure rink opened yesterday in each of the following locations: Jaycee Centennial Park, 321 E. Century Ave., Lions Park, 1601 E. Boulevard Ave., Tatley-Eagles Park, 602 Airport Rd., and the Municipal Ballpark, 303 W. Front Ave.

Through Monday, warming house hours are 1 to 9 p.m. daily. Beginning Tuesday, warming houses will be open from 3:30 to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 1 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

According to Bismarck Parks and Recreation, pleasure rinks are in fair condition and hockey rinks are in good condition. Conditions are expected to improve over time with additional floodings.

The North Central Park and VFW Post #1326 Family Recreation Park (Solheim School) rinks and warming houses will open when conditions allow.
