Two people have been arrested for allegedly growing marijuana in a Bismarck home where police say children had access to the drug and were exposed to illegal drug activity.
Elvia Ramos, 32, and Cesar Navarro, 27, of Bismarck, were arrested Monday after a search warrant was executed at a North Second Street residence, according to an affidavit.
