On goals and priorities: Rohr said supporting market-driven economic policies, restraining state spending, lower taxes and promoting a health care system through competition and consumer choices are her priorities.
On district bills: Rohr said tax reduction and putting more accountability in education could become part of potential bills.
On big projects: The state is facing a number of expensive projects, including Devils Lake, the Fargo flood diversion project and dealing with oil impact in the West.
Rohr said she will look at the introduced bills and choose the one she feels best supports industry and the people that live there.
On North Dakota's surplus: Rohr said the state should reduce taxes but maintain a balanced budget.
