The Missouri Valley Chamber Orchestra's second concert, “Co-Opera,” is bringing "Die Fledermaus" (The Bat’s Revenge) by Johann Strauss II to Bismarck.
The Chamber Orchestra is partnering with the University of Mary Vocal Arts Ensemble for the fully costumed audience favorite at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church on Friday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. A second performance with piano accompaniment will be at the University’s Arno Gustin Hall on Sunday, Nov. 17, at 3 p.m.
"Die Fledermaus" tells the story of Rosalinda and her philandering husband, Count Eisenstein, and is full of mistaken identity and mayhem.
