Gregory A. Siegel, 59, Mandan, passed away April 21, 2019.
Funeral services were held April 26 at Weigel Funeral Home, Mandan. Burial will be in Werner.
On June 15, 1959, Greg was born to George F. and Vera (Force) Siegel in Topeka, Kan. They moved to Grand Forks where he went to the North Dakota School for the Blind, graduating in 1981. They moved to Mandan, then to Missoula, Mont., and back to Mandan.
Greg was currently working for McDonald's in Mandan, and held several other jobs, including the Missoula School’s printing department.
Greg rode a tandem bike for two with his roommate all over Missoula. They had the locations of every restaurant memorized so they would not miss out on any good deals.
Greg was an avid sports fan. His favorite team to follow was the Minnesota Twins. He also enjoyed Special Olympics bowling/bocce and playing cards. Greg loved to listen to country music.
Greg will be deeply missed by his sister, Roberta (Michael) Tjaden, Mandan; special uncle, Marvin Weigum, Zap; nieces, Sarah (Josh) Pennington and Tanya (Ryan) Gobbs; great-nieces, Shelby, Kendel and Rylee Gobbs and Taiya Pennington; great-nephew, Jack Pennington; sister-in-law, Michelle Siegel, LaMoure.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Bryan.
