One of Bis-Man Transit's large CAT buses will be parked 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday at Dan's Supermarket, 500 Burlington St. SE, for the second annual Stuff the Bus charity event.
Volunteers will be encouraging patrons to donate specific items needed by Carrie's Kids.
Needed items include toilet paper, Lysol disinfect wipes, napkins, paper plates, styrofoam cups, freezer bags of all sizes, plastic wrap, Ziploc bags, 33 gallon size trash bags, kitchen trash bags, foil, bottled water, mixed nuts, almonds, peanuts, beef jerky, fruit snacks, granola bars, pop tarts, cereal, sparkling water in cans, pop in cans, dish soap, laundry soap, notebooks, composition notebooks, colored markers, colored pencils, backpacks, black sharpies, yellow highlighters, hoodies, tennis shoes, snow boots, snow pants, and gift cards for fresh food like milk, cheese, yogurt, bread, meat, hamburger, breakfast sausage and butter.

The event will also have locations in Bismarck throughout the first week of December.
- Tuesday – Dan's in North Bismarck, 3101 N 11th St.
- Wednesday – Dan's in West Bismarck, 1190 W Turnpike Ave.
- Thursday – Dan's in East Bismarck, 3103 Yorktown Dr.
- Friday – Dan's in South Bismarck, 835 S Washington St.
- Dec. 7 – K-Mart, 2625 State St.
The Bis-Man Transit Building and Superior Silk Screen will also be accepting donations for the cause.
