Buckstop Junction’s Vintage Gift Shoppe is located in the Visitor Center at Buckstop Junction, we are open Saturdays 11:00 am to 4:00 p.m. See information below about guided tour of Buckstop Junction’s Historic buildings.
In addition to our Spring selection, we have North Dakota memorabilia, jewelry, glassware, pottery, mirrors, M&M collectables, pictures, pitchers, vintage and new books, decorative items, games, toys, dolls, a nice selection of McCoy flower pots, our famous Vintage Christmas collection, dollhouses and Yesterday's Kitchen. Remember, most of our items are one of a kind, so don’t hesitate if you want something!
And on our shelves are North Dakota Centennial collectables from 1989 and Swedish art, toys; hand-crafted gifts include bird houses, dinner bells, hand-loomed rag rugs and Bernie Blankets. Scott Nelson's WWII North Dakota Aviator prints are offered.
We are a "green" shop; most of our merchandise has been owned and loved by someone in the past. Our proceeds benefit the Missouri Valley Historical Society, the non-profit, tax exempt organization that developed and manages the Historic town of Buckstop Junction. Current members of the Missouri Valley Historical Society (Buckstop Junction) receive their membership discount of 15% off. Family membership privileges include admission for two adults, and four children (children less than six years of age are admitted free with adult members) to the Corn Feed& Flea Market and scheduled tours.
Your MVHSmembership entitles you to a 15% savings on purchases at The Vintage Shoppe at Buckstop Junction located in our Visitor Center. The Vintage Shoppe offersitems of local interest including books, collectables, handcrafts and jewelry. This offer does not include food, drink or special sales events (i.e. Silent Auction at the Corn Feed).
Your membership would also include a subscription to The Sentinel, our newsletter published three times a year. Watch The Sentinel for news of events and reports of our progress here at Buckstop Junction. If you would like to read past newsletters they are posted on our website.
You will be invited to attend the annual meeting of the Missouri Valley Historical Society held at our historic Lewis Hotel. At this meeting we elect board members, vote on any proposed changes to the Missouri Valley Historical Society by-laws and hear reports from Buckstop Junction’s officers and committees. Your membership includes one voting right at the meeting. This meeting is held the third Monday in May at 7:00 p.m.
Your membership will also include interesting volunteer & leadership opportunities and your own Membership card.
