Sanford Health has purchased 25,000 square feet of the Aetna building in northeast Bismarck.

The 1800 E. Interstate Ave. building will house the hospital's behavioral health, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech, lymphedema and outpatient dialysis, moving the services out of downtown.

“In this location, these services will have the space, and parking, they need to best serve our patients,” Sanford Bismarck President Craig Lambrecht said in a statement. “Not only does it provide us the space we need for these services right now; it also provides us with room for future growth.”

These services will make the move in spring 2019.
