Sisk at Clearwater
Mason Sisk has been hired as a communications specialist at Clearwater Communications, Bismarck.
Sisk is a native of Bismarck and received a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of North Dakota. He previously was marketing coordinator for the North Dakota Safety Council.
One person has been hired and one promoted at Cedric Theel Toyota.
Cullen Irey is a sales and leasing consultant at the dealership. Irey is a Bismarck native and graduate of Bismarck High School.
Connor Hamlin has been promoted to quick lube technician. He previously worked in the reconditioning department. Hamlin is originally from Oklahoma and a 2014 BHS graduate.
New to DEI staff
Destinee Fitterer and KaDee Schoon are new employees of Dakota Eye Institute.
Fitterer is an ophthalmic scribe. A native of Glen Ullin, she has an associate’s degree in business management.
Schoon is an ophthalmic technician. She is a native of Mandan.
Jesse Peterson, president of Eide Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bismarck, is among 51 nominees for the 2019 Time Dealer of the Year award and will be honored at the 102nd annual National Automobile Dealers Association show on Jan. 25 in San Francisco.
The award is sponsored by Time in association with Ally Financial and in cooperation with NADA.
Bird earns label
Joel Bird, an adviser with Legacy Financial Partners in Bismarck, has obtained the Behavioral Financial Advisor professional designation from Kaplan University and think2perform.
The program emphasizes how financial decisions are influenced by psychology and neuroscience.
Vance Reinbold, chief financial officer at Capital Credit Union, has been selected to serve as CEO, effective Nov. 1.
Reinbold joined Capital Credit Union in 2006 and became CFO in 2009.
He succeeds Debra Gallagher, who is retiring after 44 years with CCU.
Reinbold earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is a certified public accountant.
Awards from HIT
Vanessa Barton, Jennifer Grover and Trish Evans were named Achieved Excellence Award winners for the third quarter of 2018 at HIT Inc. in Mandan.
Barton has worked at HIT since 2011 and manages two group homes in its Home Living program.
Evans is also a residential manager in the Home Living program and has worked at HIT for more than 19 years.
Grover is the compliance officer for KIDS, an infant development program, and has worked for HIT since 2008.
Huck with Sanford
Dr. Michael Huck has joined Sanford Clinic in Bismarck as a colorectal surgeon.
Huck graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle and completed his residency in general surgery from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Winston-Salem, N.C. He is fellowship-trained in colon and rectal surgery from Lehigh Valley Health Network, Allentown, Pa.

• Jed Geer, Bismarck, is a top-5 producer of annuities and health insurance premiums for Farmers Union Insurance in August.
• David Beck, Bismarck, is a top-5 producer of health insurance sales for Farmers Union Insurance in August.
• Ryan Schnell, insurance agent for CCU Insurance Agency LLC, Bismarck, is a top-5 producer of FUMI personal lines and auto insurance premiums for Farmers Union Insurance in August.
