The awards recognize commitment to excellence, achieving sales objectives and maintaining superior CSI scores.
Jake Mellmer has been named senior director of primary care and regional medicine for the Bismarck Region of Sanford Health.
Mellmer previously was the clinic director for family medicine clinics in Bismarck. He has been with Sanford for six years.
Ryan Schnell, with CCU Insurance Agency, Bismarck, earned the Premier Agency Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Producer of the Year and the Rookie of the Year awards.
The awards are given to the company’s top sales producer in select lines of business.
Dr. Robert Reynolds has joined the Bismarck Cancer Center as a radiation oncologist.
Reynolds is a graduate of the University of Texas and completed his radiation oncology residency at Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston.
He previously practiced at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, Mo., and served as a locum at the Bismarck Cancer Center last year.
Dahl with Kirkwood
Mikalah Dahl has been hired as marketing director at Kirkwood Mall in Bismarck.
A Bismarck native, Dahl graduated from the Gary Tharaldson School of Business at the University of Mary.
Tom Engelhardt, a Bismarck financial adviser for Edward Jones, was among 52 people selected for the firm’s Grassroots Task Force to lobby in Washington, D.C., for legislation to increase savings and enhance retirement security.
Joel Bird and Jason Kirchmeier, advisers with Legacy Financial Partners in Bismarck, have qualified for the company’s Circle of Success annual recognition program.
Mekenzie Wegner was recently promoted to contact center representative at Capital Credit Union’s main office.
Wegner graduated from Bismarck High School and has one year of financial experience and four years of customer service experience.
Sara Haugen has been named director of the Sanford Health Foundation in Bismarck.
Haugen previously worked as a foundation development specialist. She has been with Sanford Health for four years.
Nick Vollmuth, Selfridge, WRT board vice president/District 5 director; Jay R. Seibel, Beulah, District 2 director; and Harley Overseth, Mobridge, S.D., District 6 director, were all re-elected to serve three-year terms.
WRT also recognized employees for years of service at its 66th annual membership meeting, including 35 years, Jeff Hayden, Hazen; 30 years, Beverly Huber, Stanton, and Kelly Maas, Hazen; 25 years, Allen Haider, Hazen; 20 years, Frankie Buchert and Beth Krause, both of Hazen; and 15 years, Phil Quast, Hazen.
Berndt gets office
Lyle Berndt, Dickinson, was named president-elect of the executive committee of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors-North Dakota during the group’s annual state convention May.

Closed sales totals earned Shirley Thomas, Amber Sandness, Judy Maslowski, Amy Asche, Brenda Foster and Phyllis Rittenbach the Realtors of the month title for May at Bianco Realty.
