Promoted at Odney
Gwen Butler has been promoted from senior account executive to account supervisor in the Bismarck office of Odney.
Butler has been at Odney for nearly five years and will continue to lead marketing for North Dakota Tourism.
Two people have been promoted and two have joined the staff at the Bank of North Dakota.
Alison Anderson was promoted to data analytics manager. She has a degree in mass communications from St. Cloud State University and began her career at BND in 2014 in information security.
Tracy Boehm, previously a processing specialist in student loans, has become a business banking associate. Boehm has been with BND since 1989. She holds a degree in accounting from the University of Mary.
Justina Schuchard was hired as a customer service representative in student loans. She has an associate’s degree in business administration from Bismarck State College and most recently was a teller at Kirkwood Bank and Trust.
Jessica Noble is a leader of processing in student loans. She came to BND from State Farm and has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Boise State University.
Ben Ehreth, an assistant division director for the North Dakota Department of Transportation Planning/Asset Management Division, was named Bismarck’s community development director, effective Feb. 25.
He will replace Carl Hokenstad, who retired.
Ehreth holds a bachelor's degree in geography from the University of North Dakota and a master’s degree in regional and community planning from Kansas State University. He was a planner with the city of Bismarck before joining NDDOT.
