LaBere is a native of Hoople and graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in marketing. She has more than seven years of sales experience in nonprofit and retail areas.
Renee Daffinrud has been hired as a private banker at First International Bank & Trust in Bismarck.
Daffinrud has more than 30 years of banking experience.
On Kupper staffs
Taylor Aadnes, Greg Mcleod and Nick Morgan are new employees at Kupper Subaru and Kupper Chevrolet.
Aadnes, a Bismarck native, is a sales and leasing consultant at Kupper Subaru. He has customer and sales experience.
Mcleod is a sales and leasing consultant at Kupper Chevrolet and has management experience.
Morgan is a service coordinator at Kupper Chevrolet.
Two join Bianco
Jennifer Thacker and Justin Mundahl have joined Bianco Realty in Bismarck as Realtors.
Savannah Calavera, Rebecca Hintz and Kirsten Berger were named Achieved Excellence Award winners for the fourth quarter of 2017 at HIT Inc. in Mandan.
Calavera is a program coordinator and has worked at HIT for 10 years, starting as a direct support professional.
Hintz is the director of social services at Dakota Alpha, HIT’s long-term care brain injury facility. She has worked for HIT since 2013.
Berger is a human resources assistant and has worked for HIT for nearly four years, starting as a direct support professional.
David Wald, a representative in Mandan, has been named Securian Financial Advisors of N.D. Inc.’s adviser of the month for January based on production and client service.
Changes in staff
Shawn Cherney was recently promoted at Capital Credit Union in Bismarck, and Michael Heidt has joined the staff.
Cherney is now vice president of accounting/controller. He joined the staff in 2009, first serving as internal auditor and then as controller.
Cherney has bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration and is a certified public accountant.
Heidt, who has 31 years of financial services experience, is the vice president of underwriting. He most recently was a chief credit officer.
Heidt has a bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University and an associate degree from Dakota College at Bottineau.
Shane Splonskowski, with American Family Insurance in Bismarck, has earned the Financial Services Certified Professional designation from The American College of Financial Services.
Splonskowski has been an agent with American Family for more than 14 years.
Michael Anderson has been promoted to division manager for Precision Wood Finish. Anderson earned an associate's degree in computer science from Bismarck State College and has experience as a millwork foreman.
Ella Uhlich has been promoted to office manager for The Painters Inc./Precision Wood Finish. A Bismarck native and BSC graduate with an associate's degree in information processing, Uhlich had been an administrative assistant at The Painters Inc.
