Steve Davis has been hired as senior regional credit officer-VP at First Community Credit Union.
Davis holds an associate of arts degree from Bismarck State College, bachelor of accountancy from the University of North Dakota and master of business administration from the University of Mary.
Davis has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry.
Carol Koller has been named vice president of physician enterprise at CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck.
Koller received a bachelor degree in business administration, human resources and marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, and earned a master's degree in health care administration from the University of Iowa, Iowa City. She is certified as a medical practice executive and has more than 25 years of health care leadership experience, most recently with Aurora Health Centers.
Two new at Odney
Meghann Chamberlain and Pami Garden are new employees at Odney in Bismarck.
Chamberlain, of Mandan, returns to Odney as an account executive. She has eight years of experience in marketing and advertising, most recently as a digital media coordinator with Goodway Group. She graduated from the University of Mary.
Garden is an accountant who worked for several financial institutions in the United Kingdom after working at MDU Resources Group. A Kenmare native, she is a graduate of the University of North Dakota and lives in Bismarck.
Doug Armstrong has been promoted to Western Region general superintendent for Consolidated Construction Co. Inc. and is moving to Bismarck.
Armstrong, previously a site superintendent, has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry and expertise in large-scale construction projects.
Jared Blackwood, president of Bain Agency in Bismarck, was recently elected vice president of the board of directors for the North Dakota Association of Independent Insurance Agents.
Carin Johnson has been promoted to CSR/teller manager at First Western Bank & Trust, Bismarck.
Johnson earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Trinity Bible College in Ellendale and has more than 12 years of banking experience.
Beth Simek and Alicia VanBuskirk have each been promoted to private banking officer, AVP, at Starion Bank in Bismarck.
Simek joined Starion in 2015 as a private banker. She earned bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from North Dakota State University. Simek has 15 years of banking and investment experience.
VanBuskirk, who has a degree from Normandale Community College in Minnesota, joined Starion in 2014. She most recently was cash management officer. She has more than eight years of financial services experience.
Kupper promotes five
Justin Rambur, former business manager and new car manager, will assume the role of general manager at Kupper Chevrolet-Subaru.
Additional staff changes include:
Shane Hill, former business manager, will replace Rambur as new car manager. In his new role, Hill will assume the responsibility of managing new Chevrolet inventory, lead the sales team and assist customers. He has worked in sales at Kupper for six year.
Jason Knudson, commercial sales consultant, will assume the role of business manager at Kupper Chevrolet.
Allison Gaw has been promoted to business manager at Kupper Subaru.
Mike Kapla, business manager at Kupper Chevrolet, will assume the role of finance director, overseeing the business office.
