Starion Bank has promoted one person and hired three at its Mandan location.
Monika Kitzan has been promoted to accounting specialist III (proof). She joined Starion in 2006 as a part-time proof operator and most recently was a proof operator II.
Andrea Mathern joined Starion as an accounting specialist II (proof). She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from St. Catherine University in Minnesota and has administrative and customer service experience.
Julie McCabe is a senior internal auditor. She has nearly 30 years of auditing experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Dakota State University, is a graduate of the North Dakota School of Banking and holds the certified internal audit designation from the Institute of Internal Auditors and a certificate in loan review from the Bank Administration Institute.
Jamie Messer is a universal banker I. He earned a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Arizona State University and has customer service experience in several industries.
Geloff gets CPA
Rick Geloff, financial reporting manager, VP, at Starion Bank in downtown Bismarck, has earned certified public accountant accreditation from the North Dakota State Board of Accountancy.
Geloff joined Starion in 2013 as a credit analyst and was promoted to his current position in May.
Steve McCormick Jr., based in Bismarck with Northern Improvement Co., was elected 2019 president of board of directors of Associated General Contractors of North Dakota.
