The Bismarck-Mandan Convention & Visitors Bureau unveiled a new logo and slogan at the CVB annual Meeting Luncheon Tuesday.

“The brand statement ‘No Boundaries’ was developed after extensive research was completed and we found that whether travelers were coming to Bismarck Mandan for a meeting, business conference, sporting event or visiting friends and relatives, they all wanted the amenities, convenience and experiences to make their visit easy and enjoyable,” Kyle Niess, CVB account executive at Odney marketing firm, said in a statement.

"The new brand statement lets visitors know that there are ‘No Boundaries’ to what you can do and experience while in Bismarck-Mandan,” CVB CEO Sheri Grossman said.

The 2015 Bismarck-Mandan Convention & Visitors Bureau VIP awards, given to an event that significantly impacts Bismarck-Mandan, were also announced at the meeting:

• 2015 Paralympic CanAm Swim Meet: Ted Alme and Mike Wald

• National Volunteer Fire Council Fall Meeting: Renee Loh

• USA Curling 2016 Club Nationals Championships: Sam & Kayla Unruh
