ABBREVIATED NOTICE OF INTENT TO REVISE ADMINISTRATIVE RULES Relating to School Psychology Intern Approval, Computer Science and Cybersecurity Credentials, Reconguration of Instructional Days, and Armed First Responder Program North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (NDDPI) will hold a public hearing to address the proposed revisions of N.D. Admin. Codes 67-11, Education Professional Credentials; 67-15, Modied Public School Calendar; and creation of 67-29, Armed First Responder Program. Peace Garden Room State Capitol 600 E. Boulevard Ave. Bismarck, ND 58505 Mon., December 9, 2019 9:30 a.m. The repeal of School Psychology InternApproval in 67-11 is intended to reect that this is no longer issued by NDDPI.The addition of Computer Scienceand Cybersecurity Credentials to 67-11 are being made to implement changes made in SB 2171 by the 66th LegislativeAssembly to North Dakota Century Code (NDCC) 15.1-02-16. ChangestoRecongurationofInstructional Days in 67-15 are necessary to align with changes made in SB 2265 by the 66th Legislative Assembly to North Dakota Century Code (NDCC) 15.1-06-04 and 15.1-06-05. The creation of Armed First Responder Program, 67-29, is necessary to implement changes required by the creation of North Dakota Century Code (NDCC) 62.1-02-14 in HB 1332 by the 66th Legislative Assembly The proposed rules may be reviewed at the NDDPI Ofce of School Approval and Opportunity, ND State Capitol, 600 E.
