RICHARD AND LINDA SCHMIDT LAND SALE The following land will be sold at private sale on sealed bids as follows: Description: N½ and SE¼ of Section 33, Township 133, Range 81, Sioux County, ND Terms: The land will be sold to the highest bidder for cash, or sellers may carry Contract for Deed upon terms acceptable to the sellers. All bids must be submitted in writing and presented in sealed envelopes marked “Schmidt Land Sale.” All bids must be accompanied by a 10% earnest money deposit. Sale to close on or before December 31, 2019. Bidders will be notified, in writing, within 10 days of bid opening of acceptance or rejection of their bid. The three top bidders, as determined by sellers in sellers’ sole discretion, will be contacted and invited to attend a bid auction at the offices of the Kelsch Law Firm where they will be given an opportunity to raise their bids.
