ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will
be received for County wide Striping and
Patching in Mercer County, consisting of
striping, hot bituminous pavement patching,
milling, and incidentals. Project number IE
#18-00-058, Mercer County, North Dakota.
Bids will be received by Shana Brost,
County Auditor, at the office of the County
Auditor until 10 A.M. CT on July 18, 2018
and then at said office all bids properly submitted will be publicly opened and read
aloud.

$70.00 per set. The bidding and contract
documents may also be examined at the Interstate Engineering office located in the
Hillside Office Complex, Highway 49 N, in

The project will consist of the following approximate quantities:
1,825 TON Superpave FAA 40, 128 TON
PG 58-28 Asphalt Cement, 398,000 LF
PVMT Marking Painted, and incidental
items there to.
Each bid will be submitted on the basis of a
cash payment for work. It will be enclosed in
a sealed envelope addressed to the above
mentioned County Auditor, 1021 Arthur
Street, PO Box 39, Stanton, ND 58571 and
shall be designated that the bid is for
B18-00-058 Mercer County Striping and
Patching. The bid shall be accompanied by
a Bidder’s Bond in a separate envelope in
the amount of five percent (5%) of the full
amount of the bid, executed by the Bidder
as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in North Dakota. If
the Principal’s bid is accepted by the
OWNER and the contract awarded, the
principal, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award, will be required to execute
and effect a contract in accordance with the
terms of the principal’s bid and any requirements and conditions of the OWNER.
A Contractor's Bond, as required by Section
48-01.2-10 of the North Dakota Century
Code, shall be included with the executed
Contract Documents. The Bid Security shall
be as required in Section 48-01.2-05 of the
North Dakota Century Code.
All bidders must be licensed for the highest
amount of their bids, as required by Section
43-07-05 of the North Dakota Century Code
and a copy of the license or certificate of renewal thereof issued shall be enclosed in
the required bid bond envelope.
No bid will be read or considered which
does not fully comply with the above provisions as to Bond and Licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately.
The OWNER retains the right to reject any
or all of the bids submitted and to waive any
informality in any bid and to hold all bids for
a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from
said date of opening and to hold the three
low bids and bid securities for a period not
to exceed sixty (60) days from said date of
bid opening.
The work on the improvements is to commence upon a date to be specified by the
OWNER, notice of which will be given to the
successful bidder ten (10) days in advance
of the start of construction. The Contractor
will be required to commence construction,
and in an approved sequence, complete the
project by September 30, 2018.

by virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure rendered and given in the District
Court in and for the County of Burleigh,
North Dakota, South Central Judicial District, entered and docketed in the Office of
the Clerk of said Court on May 18, 2018, in
an action wherein The Industrial Commission of North Dakota, acting in its capacity
as the North Dakota Housing Finance
Agency was Plaintiff and Defendants, Christina L. Wagoner, a single person; and any
other person in possession; were the Defendants; on which day it was adjudged that
there was due and owing the Plaintiff from
the Defendant, Christina L. Wagoner, a single person; together with costs and disbursements of said action, the sum of
$213,728.53, and by virtue of a Special Execution issued to me by the Clerk of said
Court, I will sell the real property described
in said judgment and hereafter described to
the highest bidder for cash at public auction
at the front door of the Courthouse in the
City of Bismarck, County of Burleigh, North
Dakota, on the 25th day of July, 2018, at
the hour of 1:15 p.m. of that day to satisfy
the amount due with accrued costs and interest at the date of sale, or so much
thereof as the proceeds of said sale applicable thereto will satisfy.
