University of Mary sophomore punter Bailey Meyer has been named to the all-NSIC football second team.
The Sheboygan, Wisc., native ranked second in the NSIC in punting this season with an average of 40.8 yards per boot. That also set a new school record for the Marauders.
Brock Pittsley, Noah Krebs and DeShawn Gay were named honorable mention.
Pittsley, a senior from Killdeer, ranked third in the NSIC with seven sacks.
Krebs led the Marauders in tackles from his safety position. The St. Mary's product totaled 92 tackles, including 52 solos.
Gay, a freshman from Dayton, Ohio, produced a team-best 458 yards rushing and three touchdowns. Including kick returns, Gay was ninth in the NSIC in all-purpose yardage (1,092).
U-Mary finished the season 1-10 and is currently searching for a new head coach after Josh Kotelnicki was let go last Saturday.
