BOBCATS FALL TO AUSTIN

AUSTIN, Minn. -- Austin turned the tables Saturday night for a 3-1 victory over the Bismarck Bobcats in NAHL hockey.

The Bruins hobbled the Bobcat offense, outshooting the visitors 34-24 en route to their fifth victory in six games with Bismarck this season.

Travis Kothenbeutel scored his 18th goal of the season for Austin. Valdemar Ahlberg and Riley Doyon also found the net for the Bruins.

Mitchell Walinski got Bismarck's goal late in the first period, giving the Bobcats a temporary 1-1 tie.

Bismarck, now 18-18-3, returns to the ice next weekend, playing host to the Minnesota Wilderness on Friday and Saturday.
