Former WWF Intercontinental Champion the Honky TonkMan will headline the card when Northern Outlaw Wrestling returns to Bismarck on July 9.

The outdoor show is scheduled for a 7 p.m. start at Bismarck's Doublewood Inn. Also scheduled to appear on the card are Patriot III, Dirty Ernie and Eddie Fyne, among others.
