Virgil Hill's still not ready to hang 'em up.

The 43-year-old champion will be making a mandatory defense of his "regular" WBAcruiserweight title on Nov. 24, taking on Firat Arslan in Dresden, Germany according to Hill's manager, Bill Sorensen.

Hill has not fought since losing a non-title bout to Henry Maske on March 31. The unanimous decision loss was a rematch of one Hill's biggest victories 10 years ago.

The long-time light heavyweight champion of the world has a career mark of 50-6 with 23 knockouts.

Arslan, a 27-year old from Friedberg, Germany, has a career mark of 27-3-1 with 18 knockouts.

Arslan earned the title shot with a split-decision victory over Valery Brudov on June 16.

Hill defeated Brudov on Jan. 27, 2006 to win the vacant WBA "regular" championship.

Arslan has won nine straight fights since his last defeat, a unanimous decision loss to Lubos Suda in 2003.

His other defeats have come at the hands of Rudiger May and Collice Mutizwa.
