North Dakota is home to many incredible people. Law enforcement, firefighters, veterans, teachers, nurses, and countless others go above and beyond to serve our great state. All of those individuals are deserving of our appreciation and recognition for their public service. Every single one would have been a great choice to represent North Dakota at the State of the Union in Washington, D.C.
Instead, Rep. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., decided to play politics and selected the CEO of one of the companies building a prototype for a wall along our nation's southern border. It is obvious, that for Cramer making a political statement is more important than honoring our state's deserving public servants.
