MINOT, (AP) - The former executive director of the Minot Commission on Aging has been found guilty of taking more than $77,000 from the group.
Jurors in Minot convicted Charlotte Zahn on a charge of theft of property, a Class B felony. She's scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 8.
Zahn was accused of taking the money from December 2004 to December 2006. She was arrested in April 2007.
The charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
