SOURIS (AP) - The Highway Patrol says a pickup went into a ditch off a Bottineau County road, slid sideways and rolled onto its roof, killing the driver.

The patrol says 39-year-old Kevin Hanson of Dunseith was pronounced dead at an area hospital after the crash.

It happened about 8:30 p.m. Saturday, on a county road four miles east of Souris.
