FARGO (AP) - Visitors to the federal courthouse in Fargo are being encouraged to wash their hands.

Battery-powered hand sanitizer dispensers have been placed just inside the doorway. A message on the dispenser says "healthy hands start here."

A large poster on the courthouse door says clean hands reduce the spread of germs. The poster and the dispensers were authorized by the government's General Services Administration.
