A Bismarck man who was arrested after he was shown on the "America's Most Wanted" TV show says he will plead guilty to a child pornography charge.
Eric Lacey is charged in federal count with two counts of receiving and possessing material involving the sexual exploitation of minors. He pleaded not guilty in May.
Under terms of a plea agreement, Lacey will plead guilty to one count. He faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The other charge will be dropped.
Lacey failed to appear in court after he was indicted by a federal grand jury in March 2007. He was arrested last April in California, shortly after the case was aired on "America's Most Wanted."
