DICKINSON (AP) - Dickinson officials and private groups are trying to restart a recycling program in the city.
The G & G Recycling company closed its doors earlier this year. City Administrator Shawn Kessel says officials are looking into setting up a new program but he says it's not clear how much people would be willing to pay.
Kessel says the city will insert a survey in this month's utility bill.
