West Fargo seeks mediation in street project lawsuit

WEST FARGO (AP) - West Fargo is pursuing mediation in a lawsuit filed against the city by a Grand Forks construction company.

Opp Construction LLC says the city owes money for overtime costs involving a 2003 street project. The city denies the company's claims.
